ANGELS
Angels giving to Pneumata bring absolute transformation to the lives of young people eagerly training in the performing arts, developing skills for their future careers and bringing real hope. Our students come from incredibly diverse backgrounds. Some are overcoming all odds to make a new future for themselves. They are unbelievably close to each other, their coaches/coordinators and others in Pneumata. In addition, Angels may wish to help further the work of our professional dancers! Whether it's just this once or a regular gift, we thank you with all our hearts for being our Angel x Just press the Angels button at the foot of this page for more information

PRIMETIME!
Annette is currently writing an immensely exciting biography - PRIMETIME - of Fred Prime Ronnie Biggs’ ‘kidnapper’. Fred’s involvement with Ronnie and their ‘special relationship’ (Fred became known as ‘The Babysitter’) is just one of the remarkable events of his life including his boxing achievements – as Scots Guards Heavy Weight Boxing Champion reigning for several years, he KO’d Idi Amin, went 7 rounds with Mohammed Ali, sparred with Henry Cooper, was a ring leader in the Scots Guards strike, bizarrely he jumped ship with Gareth Hunt, has a fascinating history with many legendary names in show business including ‘Ollie’ Reed and Richard Burton. He features regularly on the news/documentaries and a two hour documentary has been shown several times recently on 4 and more 4, with audience figures up to 10.4 million (the Lottery gets 3.4 m, X Factor between 8 – 13m, variously).

2007 – 2008 Highlights
As well as working with The Junior Players for BLITZ! In South Derbyshire… ALSO JUDE KELLY: King Cotton with Jude Kelly OBE. Many will remember our work on this major show at The Lowry Theatre, Salford Quays, Manchester in September 2007. This was dance developed for the aerialists, and the technical development of the team, so we worked on the spectacular drowning and battle scenes as well as the development of character movement. Directed by Jude Kelly OBE, Chair of the Arts, Culture and Education for the Olympic Committee 2012, Artistic Director of the South Bank, written by BAFTA award winning Jimmy McGovern and starring John Henshaw; it has proved a great opportunity for further exciting openings.
Collaboration with Pneumata and PYDC. Annette has been directing and choreographing shows such as The Wizard of Oz and her own composition X-Cite, based on the tale of Romeo and Juliet, all in various venues including known theatres and creating performances across the UK. See also Sweeney Todd above. Pneumata in association with Stuart Arnold (production manager Into the Hoods - Zoo Nation also of Olympic opening ceremony Bejing, George Sampson, Lenny Henry and Ed Byrnes Tour) & with GEM Award Winner. At Fairfield Halls, Croydon, we were filmed by an award winning film maker creating a dance piece specifically for the venue
